Work With Us

We often collaborate with other organizations that offer capabilities complementary to our own to advance resilience work that could not have been undertaken independently. This collaboration may take the form of a strategic partnership, a joint venture agreement, a teaming commitment or a sub-contracting relationship. In addition, we also engage the services of other businesses and individuals to act as vendors or contractors to support our own work. To ensure consistency in the representation of our brand, we ask that potential partners or vendors be familiar with our brand style guide.

Apprenticeship

We welcome student talent to our organization through our apprenticeship program structured to offer students meaningful opportunities to contribute to the most critical stages of our growth. In return, we offer a transformative learning experience to support the students’ career development. Our program offers a welcoming onboarding experience to initiate relationships with our team and understand our mission and vision. We structure projects to showcase and further develop the students’ talents with weekly feedback for coaching purposes. In addition to working closely with the Prisere team, students are introduced to industry leaders for collaborative work and feedback while building a network of contacts to support them after graduation.

For example, as an MBA student with a concentration in risk management, Alejandro Witschi immersed himself in Prisere’s project for the United Nations Office of Disaster Risk Reduction to develop disaster risk reduction communications strategies in the Caribbean region. He worked with the Ministers of Emergency Management and national Red Cross leaders in twelve Caribbean countries for extensive research and was named a co-author on the final report delivered to the UNDRR  https://www.undrr.org/publication/drr-communication-guidelines-caribbean.

Our undergraduate engineering students have the opportunity for weekly meetings with industry thought leaders both to learn about their work and receive feedback on the progress of their projects. We recently hosted a tech innovator from Boston Consulting Group Digital Ventures to meet with our students to discuss his work and trends he sees in our sector, while giving students project feedback and career advice. At Prisere, we believe talent development is critical to our mission and invest our time and effort accordingly.
