You can choose not to provide us with certain information, but that may result in you being unable to use certain features of our Platform because such information may be required in order for you to register as a user or use products or services.

- To correct inaccuracies in your personal data, taking into account the nature of the personal data and the purposes of the processing of your personal data;
- To delete personal data provided by or obtained about you;
- To obtain a copy of your personal data that you previously provided to Prisere LLC in a portable and, to the extent technically feasible, readily usable format that allows you to transmit the data to another controller without hindrance, where the processing is carried out by automated means; and
- To opt out of the processing of the personal data for purposes of (i) targeted advertising, (ii) the sale of personal data, or (iii) profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning you.
When exercising the data rights described above, we will request that you submit a “verifiable consumer request.” The verifiable consumer request must provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify that you are the person about whom we collected personal information or an authorized representative. We will only use personal information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requestor’s identity or authority to make the request.
To verify a consumer request, consumers will be asked to provide their:

In this case, we will notify you and keep you updated of the status of your request(s). If we require 45 additional days, we will inform you of the extension within the initial 45-day response period.
You have the right to make requests under the Virginia law, free of charge, twice annually. If your requests are manifestly unfounded, excessive, or repetitive, Prisere LLC may decline the request or charge you, as permitted under law, a reasonable fee to cover the administrative costs of complying with the request or decline to act on the request.
If we decline to take action regarding your request, we will inform you without undue delay, within 45 days of the request, including a justification for declining the request. For your protection, we may only implement requests with respect to the personal information associated with the email address that you use to send us your request, and we may need to verify your identity before implementing your request. We may decline to process requests that jeopardize the privacy of others, are extremely impractical, or would cause us to take any action that is not permissible under applicable laws. Additionally, as permitted by applicable laws, we may deny your requests based on our need to retain certain personal information for a period for recordkeeping purposes, such as retaining records for accounting purposes.
You have the right to appeal our decision not to complete your request, within a reasonable period of time after your receipt of the decision. The appeals process requires that you submit a “verifiable consumer request,” as outlined above. Within 60 days of receipt of an appeal, Prisere LLC shall inform you in writing of any action taken or not taken in response to the appeal, including a written explanation of the reasons for the decisions.
